About Markets & Shopping For Mooloolaba

Weekend markets are a big ordeal here on the Sunshine Coast. Selling fresh fruits and veggies, along with crafts from local artists, makes market shopping number one on many visitor’s lists. It’s best to get to the market first thing in the morning so you won’t miss the great deals. A great idea is to check out the tours available. Some of them have a stop at one of the local markets, so it’s a great deal overall.

There are some fun markets to visit. The Eumundi Market is one of the biggest and best in the area, with awesome arts and crafts, produce and other bric brac. This is a big one, with over 300 stands to stop at. The Village Market in Nambour Town Square has vintage items, arts and crafts and more. Not quite the size of Eumundi, it’s still a thrill to visit. In almost any area you may see a local market, so make it a part of your itinerary.
